VENDOR COSTS

Package A - Trade Fair Booth - $250.00 

Vendors will be a part of the Trade Fair and Wine Social for the entire day.  Get the chance to speak to delegates about everything your organization has to offer! 

NOTE: There is no food provided in Package A, but there will be coffee and tea available  

Package B - Trade Fair Booth and Lunch - $285.00 

One hot buffet lunch is included per trade fair table.  

Package C - Trade Fair Booth, Lunch and a glass of wine (at the Wine Social) - $295.00 

One hot buffet lunch and one glass of wine per trade fair table.  

Package D - Sponsorship Package - $350.00 

Vendors will be a part of the full day trade fair, receive one hot buffet lunch, one glass of wine at the Wine Social. Vendors will also:

• Have an opportunity to to place a banner at the CODE Registration booth at the entrance to the conference
• Receive a shout-out in the Conference Opening Address 
• Have their logo included on Directional Signage throughout the conference 

*Note: All vendors receive a draped 6 foot table and 2 chairs.
