Hello to all potential CODE Conference vendors!

WELCOME!

We are incredibly excited for our upcoming weekend conference this October, and we are looking forward to the opportunity to use this conference as a way to introduce or reintroduce artists and educators to the wonderful resources available to them in the community.


The Vendor Market is a chance to connect with teachers, professors, artists and students and share information about your organization, theatre company, bookstore, AV company, costuming company, dancewear company, and more! The dance and drama landscape is vast so our conference delegates will be excited to see the array of community connections available to them! We are using responses from past conferences in our design of this year’s Vendor Market to ensure that your time at the conference is fruitful to our delegates and to your organization. 

Marketplace

The Vendor Marketplace (will from henceforth be known solely as Marketplace) will be available for vendors to run booths from Friday October 17, 2025 starting at 4:30 pm all the way to Sunday October 19 when the conference closes at 12:30 pm.


There will be various opportunities for vendor spotlights throughout the weekend including during the Master Class break on Friday and the wine social activities on Friday and Saturday evening. Participation in these events will be dependent on the package your organization chooses.

CODE Wine Social

  

While delegates will be able to peruse the Markeplace on Friday night and throughout the day on Saturday, CODE will also be running a Marketplace Wine Social from 6:00-7:00 PM, where we will be inviting delegates to the Marketplace to enjoy a glass of wine, snacks, music, and a raffle. Our hope is that this social will provide plenty of traffic and opportunities for you to share information about your organization to as many of our delegates as possible.

WEBSITE and Social Media ADVERTISING

  

As Vendors sign-up to join the conference, their logo will be added to our conference website so that delegates can get excited about what to expect! Some package options offer opportunities for vendors to engage in a social media take-over.

LET’S MAKE IT A DYNAMIC VENDOR MARKET

 We have found that a dynamic, hands-on Marketplace works best and we encourage vendors to bring photos, props, costumes, AV equipment, books…anything to really show delegates what their organization is about. Hands-on, tactile items work really well!

RAFFLE

Throughout the conference, we will have a Raffle Booth set-up where delegates can purchase raffle tickets. CODE is inviting each vendor to participate in the raffle through donation of a prize should you choose to do so.  A raffle ticket box will be provided to each participating vendor for delegates to submit for the prizes offered by your organization. At the conclusion of the Saturday evening Wine Social, we will draw from each jar and send some lucky delegates home with a prize pack (or two!).

  SIX booths can be placed in the front lobby as part of the Marketplace reserved for package E

LOCATIONS - Hallway

 A high traffic corridor that delegates will be using regularly throughout the conference for meals and workshops.

Package A Marketplace Booth

 ● Vendors will be a part of the Marketplace and Wine Socials for the entire event. 

● Get the chance to speak to delegates about everything your organization has to offer!

NOTE: There is no food provided in this package 

Coffee and tea will be available. 

Package B Marketplace Booth and Lunch

$295

Same   as Package A but includes:

● One hot buffet lunch on   Saturday is included. 

Package C Marketplace Booth Lunch and Wine

$330

Same as Package A but includes:

● One hot buffet lunch on Saturday

One glass of wine provided for both Friday and Saturday wine socials

Package D Sponsorship Package

$350

Same as Package C but also includes:

● receive a shout-out in the Conference Opening Address

● have 1-2 minutes to address delegates at the Friday or Saturday Night Wine Social

● Featured promo on social media platforms 

● Option for social media take-over 

Package E Sponsorship Prime

$350

Same as Package C but also includes:

● places your Vendor Market booth at the front of the lobby near the Registration Table. 

NOTE: There are only SIX spaces available for a Sponsorship Prime package.


Those choosing Package E are:

● invited to set up promotional materials for our Friday night social 

● have 1-2 minutes to address delegates

● option for social media take-over
